Easy Ebook PRO (which apparently is the "big brother" of an earlier program, known as "EasyEbookCreator") is a software program for creating eBooks. The eBooks that it creates are EXE files, intended to be compatible with recent versions of Microsoft Windows. The web site says that Easy Ebook PRO software is compatible with the Microsoft Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 and XP operating systems (note: I did look, but I could not find any mention of Windows Vista on the site, so check with the web site for updates or contact the software's author).

Authors do of course need to create these HTML (or text files) themselves, but they do have the option of using an associated freeware HTML editor ("EasyHTMLCreator"), or I believe, other HTML editing programs.
